Hilton Garden Inn Beaver Valley

Opened in 2019, the newest hotel in the Hilton Garden Inn family brings 139 sleeping rooms to the growing Beaver Valley area. The hotel features an on-site Jacksons Restaurant + Bar, a modern American restaurant with seating for 200 guests, plus 2,600 square feet of private event space for banquets, weddings, meetings, and more.

The hotel’s contemporary design reflects an urban feel that includes mid-century and industrial accents. The customized color palette of calming blues, plum, and striking pops of orange shapes a casual yet inviting atmosphere to promote gatherings and relaxation.  The lobby and breakfast area offer a variety of seating styles and groups for conducting business or lounging – even an outdoor patio that includes a firepit. The guestrooms take a more simplistic approach, focused on a fresh and calm aesthetic with minimal pattern.

Hilton Garden Inn – Southpointe

Opened in 2001 as one of the first Hilton Garden Inn hotels in the region, the Pittsburgh-Southpointe location offers ease of access to the Pittsburgh International Airport and Downtown Pittsburgh. The 20,000 square foot flexible ballroom space is a popular venue for weddings, trade shows, and seminars. A full renovation was completed in 2019.

ST. CLAIR HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT CENTER

Medical

St . Clair Hospital’s 40,000 square foot outpatient facility in Peters Township opened in 2013. As the owner’s representative, Piatt managed design and construction, and helped cut costs through value engineering and pre-construction negotiation. The center offers a much-needed location for numerous medical services and offices.
