Millcraft Participates in Annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Every year, members of our Millcraft family attend the Alzheimer’s Association “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” event to raise funds and awareness for this debilitating disease. Alzheimer’s is the most common cause of dementia. It is not a normal part of aging, and approximately 200,000 Americans under the age of 65 have early-onset Alzheimer’s. Over 5 million Americans live with Alzheimer’s, and every 65 seconds someone in the US develops the disease.

Currently, there is no cure for Alzheimer’s. This progressive disease worsens over time, and there is no way to slow or prevent Alzheimer’s. By raising awareness and funds, we can help the Alzheimer’s Association continue its important research and missions to support those with the disease, their families, and their caretakers.

Please join us in Washington or Pittsburgh on October 6 & 13. We thank you for your donation and participation!
