Patti Dittman Joins Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty as Senior Vice President of Commercial Leasing

PITTSBURGH, PA (February 15, 2023) Piatt Companies has announced that Patti Dittman has joined the Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty team as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Leasing, the latest real estate service to be offered by the fast-growing local brokerage.

Dittman comes to Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty with an impressive 40 years of experience in the Pittsburgh commercial real estate leasing market and 13 years with parent company Piatt Companies (formerly Millcraft), where she most recently served as the Vice President of Leasing. Dittman will continue to oversee leasing activity for the firm’s approximately one million square-foot office and retail portfolio, and has worked with local, regional, and international tenants and real estate professionals.

St . Clair Hospital’s 40,000 square foot outpatient facility in Peters Township opened in 2013. As the owner’s representative, Piatt managed design and construction, and helped cut costs through value engineering and pre-construction negotiation. The center offers a much-needed location for numerous medical services and offices.
