Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon-Irwin Ranked Among Top 5% of Hamptons Nationally

Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon-Irwin, owned and operated by Millcraft Hospitality, has been named a recipient of Hilton’s 2017 Lighthouse Award. The Lighthouse Award is presented to the top five percent of Hampton hotels in the United States.

Winners of the prestigious award are selected based on their Total Quality Scorecard (TQS), a score that takes into account Hilton’s Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking and the quality assurance score.

The 102 room hotel opened its doors in June of 2016 in North Huntingdon. The hotel is known for offering amenities such as free, hot breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi, but is most recognized for its friendly service culture. The team members’ unique and unmatched approach to hospitality is known as “Hamptonality.”

At Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon-Irwin, “Hamptonality” means anticipating guests’ needs and providing travelers with helpful suggestions about attractions in North Huntingdon, historical facts and fun things to do around town. As the owner’s representative, Piatt managed design and construction, and helped cut costs through value engineering and pre-construction negotiation.
