350 Oliver Avenue and Lumière is a brand new building in the former Saks Fifth Avenue Site in Downtown Pittsburgh. Phase I, which contains retail space and a public parking garage, was completed in November 2017. Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão is the first tenant. The second phase, Lumière, will host condominium residences available for purchase.
