On August 31st, Millcraft Investments COO, Lucas Piatt announced the desire to transform former Saks Building into a live music venue.
“Our goal is always to do things that are unique. To pair great live music with great food in a great environment that’s energetic, that gets us on the way to an 18-hour city. That’s what we need. We need night life.”
