September 5, 2017 (Pittsburgh, PA) – Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty opens its second location in the North Hills in addition to its Downtown Pittsburgh office. Located at 3400 Harts Run Road across from The Hartwood Restaurant, this new branch location will service the North Hills area including Fox Chapel, Hampton and Allison Park. With the expansion into the North Hills, the Hartwood location will be home to three new agents, Team Leader Linda DiBucci, Sales Associate Tricia Brooks, Sales Associate Michael DiBucci, and Operations Manager Karin Tenaglia with plans to add ten more agents at this location. The Hartwood office will be led by owner Lucas Piatt, and broker Mark Jennings. Linda DiBucci, is a long – time resident of the North Hills and is joining the Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty team with over 30 years of experience in the greater Pittsburgh area. Previously an agent with Coldwell Banker, and graduate from Robert Morris University with a degree in Business, DiBucci is a well-rounded agent with in-depth real estate knowledge and integrity.
