Crossroads Center was part of an urban revitalization effort for the city of Washington. Spearheaded by Millcraft, the building reached completion in 2006. With seven floors of Class A offices, ground retail spaces, and an adjacent public parking garage, Crossroads Center remains one of the most attractive modern buildings in Downtown Washington. It also achieved LEED certification, signifying sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
