With more than 35 years of hands-on knowledge from working both on-property and at the corporate level, Todd knows exactly what it takes to compete in the hotel industry. Leveraging his network of key contacts and years of experience, Todd forges relationships with key industry players to identify new market opportunities.  

Each day is different when you’re managing a growing portfolio of hotel and restaurant properties, an organized chaos in which Todd thrives. Whether it’s operations, revenue management, sales, or human resources, Todd is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to jump right in. In his free time, Todd enjoys pouring over STR reports, market data and property-level metrics to keep his finger on the pulse of each hotel’s health and overall growth. 

In his past life, Todd grew hotel management companies with modest portfolios to become nationally recognized in the industry. His resume includes regional and national players including Rockbridge Capital, Concord Hospitality, Marriott International, Hardage Hospitality and Southern Host hotels.  

Todd holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State College in Jacksonville.
