St. Clair Hospital’s 40,000 square foot outpatient facility in Peters Township opened in 2013. As the owner’s representative, Millcraft managed design and construction, and also helped cut costs through value engineering and pre-construction negotiation. The center offers a much-needed location for numerous medical services and offices.
